Major Job Responsibilities

  • Contact insurance carrier for adjuster contact information & claim number assignment & provide same information to insured
  • Review claim status and assist to provide documentation between insured and insurance carrier until claim is closed
  • Obtain loss runs via insurance carrier websites
  • Forward claim documentation including subpoena and suit papers to the insurance carrier for timely response
  • Provide claim updates of reserves/closures to CEO, Operations Manager, Producer, & Account Manager
  • Handles all duties assigned by agency management

EDUCATION

  • College Degree preferred or the equivalent of 2 years in a retail brokerage or agency.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is performed in a normal office environment. Noise levels are usually moderate.

Pay Details

$ 60,000 - $80,000 annually

Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs.

Team members accrue paid time-off (PTO), receive Holiday (PTO) and are eligible to participate in the bank’s Health and Wellness benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision Plans, Flexible and Health Savings Accounts, and a 401(k) Retirement Plan. In addition, the company provides Disability Insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and Basic Life Insurance. Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
