**Description** **Wound Ostomy RN - Home Health** - Providence Home Services Oregon **Schedule:** Monday- Friday, rotating weekends **Location:** will cover territories in Clark County Washington and East Portland Metro area (Oregon) **Job Description:** The Enterostomal Therapist is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, according to the individualized needs of the patient, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Coursework/Training: Completion of an accredited course in Wound, Ostomy and Continence. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
