Supervisor Respiratory Care

**Description** The Respiratory Care Services Supervisor (Reports to RT Manager) coordinates the effective functioning of Respiratory Care Services, coordinating daily work flow and maintaining staffing schedules. In addition, participates in the interview process and makes recommendations for hiring, takes part in the disciplinary process with staff, evaluates Respiratory staff utilizing the performance appraisal tool, and is responsible for training and orienting new employees. He or She supports the philosophy, objectives, and policies of the Respiratory Care Services Department and assumes responsibility for the day-to-day operations.
