Supervisor PACE Operations

**Description** The PACE Operations Supervisor assists PACE Operations Site Manager in organizing, coordinating, directing, and evaluating overall functions and program activities. This position supports management of PACE (Program-of-All-Inclusive-Care for the Elderly) participants including, quality, service, utilization and financial outcomes. The function of the position actively incorporates the Mission and Vision of Providence St. Joseph Health. Join our team to help empower elders in your community to live active, independent lives. **Required qualifications:** Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a Health related field or equivalent education/experience Driving is a necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information. 2 years of experience in operations, including staff supervision and budgeting; including at least one year experience working with the elderly. **Preferred qualifications:** Master’s Degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a Health related field or equivalent education/experience 1 year of experience in care management, population management and/or evidenced-based clinical care. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
