**Description** In support of the acute care facilities, this role partners with leadership to provide focused oversight for developing, implementing, and evaluating Credentials processes to assure accurate and timely completion of the medical staff applications for appointment, reappointments and temporary appointment to the Region. Trains and supervises staff and consultants. Provides professional support to the Region Credentialing Coordinators, Physician Leaders, and Facility Administrators to assure compliance with the required regulations for each appropriate accrediting body.
