**Description** **Speech Language Pathologist - Providence Home Health** **Schedule: Per Diem/On Call, Day Shift** **Area Coverage: Salem, Albany, Turner, Dallas, West Salem, Lebanon, Corvallis, Philomath, as other as assigned** **Job Description:** The Speech Therapist manages and provides skilled speech/language pathology to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
