**Description** This position will be working 32 hours/week on day shift. The CSWA Social Worker, under direct and continuous supervision, provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
