Senior Clinical Program Manager - Express Care

Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them. **Required qualifications:** Bachelor’s Degree in Business, healthcare, or a related field. 8 years of Healthcare experience, preferably in roles representing a broad range of experience across virtual, retail, ambulatory, inpatient delivery and health plans. Demonstrated experience in strategy, portfolio, program, project management, consulting, health planning, and/or business analysis. **Preferred qualifications:** Master's Degree in Business, healthcare, or a related field. Coursework/Training: Specialized training in facilitation of diverse groups. Coursework/Training: Lean/Six Sigma training. Belt Certification in Lean or Six Sigma within 1 year of hire. Project Management Professional (PMP) within 3 years of hire. 6 years of working as part of a large, multi-product/multi-market, geographically dispersed organization.
