Resident Services Assistant - PACE

**Description** We have multiple per diem/on call positions to cover patients in either West Portland or East Portland area. This role will perform basic service support aide duties for participants of PACE. Includes companionship, personal care, assists with w/c transfers and other support activities for participants located at contracted physician specialist offices. No more than one chargeable accidents or citations within last three years. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
