**Description** **We are hiring for a Quality Program Manager position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!** **Position is full time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, Monday-Friday, core business hours, 40 hours per week; with some flexibility for occasional afterhours support per business needs.** **Apply today! Applicants that meet qualifications will receive an invite with additional screening questions from our HireVue system!** Under the direction of the Regional Director of Quality Regulatory Services, the Quality Regulatory Services Manager performs a variety of duties designed to maintain relationships, exchange information, and promote operations and continuous improvement of facilities within the Alaska Region. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field, nursing preferred, or RN License with 5 years of acute care and/or quality improvement experience. Upon hire: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional (HACP), or Joint Commission Certified Professional (CJCP), or obtained within 12 months of hire Within 2 years of hire: Certified Healthcare Quality Professional 2 years of Acute care clinical experience Designing, implementing, and leading clinical outcome improvement programs. **Preferred Qualifications:** Master's degree in health care related field.
