**Description** Pharmacist Resident at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour, Variable shifts. The Pharmacy Practice Residency is a one-year post-graduate residency program in an institutional practice setting that provides training as set forth and approved by the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP). The program will provide the opportunity to advance the resident's pharmacy practice beyond entry-level professional competence and develop the skills, knowledge, and attitude necessary for the provision of high-quality pharmaceutical care. California Pharmacist Intern License upon hire or, California Pharmacist Registered upon hire. California Pharmacist Registered within one hundred and twenty (120) days of hire, or as outlined by program policies, whichever is sooner. **Preferred Qualifications:** PharmD. Experience in hospital pharmacy practices as a student, intern, or pharmacist. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
