**Description** This position organizes and conducts medically prescribed therapy programs using theory and skills from respective disciplines of Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy, to rehabilitate residents, patients and clients toward their improved functional capacity. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
