Lead Sterile Processing Tech - Ambulatory Surgery Center

**Description** Lead Sterile Processing Technician - Mission Ambulatory Surgery Center at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts. Under the direction of the Manager and Supervisor for the Sterile Processing Department, the Lead Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for supervising and maintaining operations and workflow among the department for maximum efficiency. The Lead Sterile Processing Technician is also viewed as the subject matter expert for cleaning, preparation and sterilization of instruments, trays and equipment. Operating departmental machinery. Receiving, labeling, stocking and delivery of supplies and equipment. Operating a computer, answering phones and filling orders. Cleaning and sanitizing of work surfaces and storage areas. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
