Lead Patient Services Specialist - GENERAL SURGERY

**Description** The front office lead demonstrates capability to complete all scheduling / front office combination tasks. In addition, the lead will be accountable to overseeing the front office operations, ensuring compliance with policy and procedure, orientation / training of new employees, participate in evaluation process and maintaining a professional environment. Or Coursework/Training College level classes, preferably in healthcare or related field. Or Equivalent years of experience. Experience in a healthcare leadership role.
