**Description** The front office lead demonstrates capability to complete all scheduling / front office combination tasks. In addition, the lead will be accountable to overseeing the front office operations, ensuring compliance with policy and procedure, orientation / training of new employees, participate in evaluation process and maintaining a professional environment. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them. **Required Qualifications:** 4 years of Front office experience in an acute or ambulatory setting. 2 years of Leadership or supervisory experience. **Preferred qualifications:** Associate's Degree and Preferred fields: Healthcare or related. Or Coursework/Training College level classes, preferably in healthcare or related field. Or Equivalent years of experience. Experience in a healthcare leadership role. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
