**Description** The Hospice Aide provides personal care, assistance with performing activities of daily living and prescribed therapeutic exercises, and basic housekeeping services essential to the comfort and cleanliness of receiving home care or hospice services. Upon hire: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License, or Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License Nursing Assistant Certification License from the state where care will be provided Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
