This position will work onsite in Everett, WA. **The Role:** As the Executive Director, Strategy and Business Development for the North Puget Sound (NPS) & Pacific Medical Centers (PMC) service areas, you will be based in Everett, WA to lead the charge in strategic planning, including capital planning, strategic growth, and collaborative ventures with other healthcare providers and partners. You'll craft business plans and strategic planning materials to guide critical business decisions and program implementations. Your leadership will be pivotal in steering strategic capital projects and aligning annual goals with Providence's overarching strategic directions. **What You’ll Do:** **Strategic Visionary:** Spearhead strategy and vision for NPS & PMC using data-driven insights to craft business plans and evaluate program potential. Lead growth strategies like physician ventures and joint ventures, ensuring seamless integration with executives. **Capital Planning Leader:** Manage strategic capital requests, overseeing the identification, planning, and presentation of proposals to Service Area, Division, and System governance bodies. **Service Line Champion:** Develop effective service line growth and outreach programs to optimize evolution and achieve NOI performance goals. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
