Education Program Coordinator

Description

The Education Coordinator provides professional support, guidance, coordination and facilitation for identified professional development opportunities and regulatory requirements. The Coordinator provides technical and logistical support, oversees staff education programs such as online learning systems and AHA coordination, oversees affiliations with schools, and acts as a critical resource within the ministry, health system, and community. Coordination responsibilities include instructional design, course and program evaluation, screening faculty associates for teaching opportunities and partnerships, updating curricula to reflect the needs of the organization. This lead position has direct responsibility for leading, developing, and evaluating the effectiveness of developmental projects and programs identified to support the educational needs of the ministry. This position supports overall ministry objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years Office experience in a healthcare related environment.
