Director Clinical Operations - Specialty Clinics - Missoula, MT

**Description** Provides leadership and oversight for medical clinics operations at multiple sites. In partnership with the Chief Operating Officer, Ambulatory Division Chief and Primary Care Section Chief, this position is responsible for setting expectations in the areas of medical quality, service access, utilization, finance, productively and operational excellence. Support the medical clinics leads and managers in improving and maintaining provider productively and service quality. Represents the medical clinics in organizational projects, committees and initiatives. Responsible for implementing the Providence Medical Group strategic and financial goals in the area of reasonability. Optimizes services to achieve the highest levels of patient satisfaction and successfully manages to organizational benchmarks in the areas of medical quality, utilization, service/access, and financial performance. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
