**Description** The dietitian, under general supervision, as part of a multidisciplinary care team, provides nutritional care for patients and customers. Responsibilities include nutritional assessment; care plan formulation, documentation, and implementation; patient/staff/community education; interval reassessments and discharge planning. Coursework/Training: Successful completion of internship approved by the American Dietetic Association. National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration upon hire. 1 year of experience through internship. **Preferred Qualifications:** Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
