**Description** Produces, assembles, portions, serves and displays patient and cafeteria main entrees and accompaniment items, for retail and patient services. Maintains work area and equipment in order to meet sanitation and safety standards and levels for food and supply stock. Responsible for ordering and receiving some Nutrition Services products.
