Coding Quality Educator- Revenue Integrity Spokane

**Description** The Revenue Integrity Coding Educator serves as a subject matter expert who advances accurate, compliant, and optimized coding across assigned specialties by auditing medical record documentation and coded services; translating current CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, payer, and regulatory requirements into practical education; and providing timely coaching to providers, coders, and operational teams. This role develops and delivers training materials, identifies documentation, charge-capture, denial, and workflow trends, partners with clinical and Revenue Cycle leaders to implement corrective actions, and monitors outcomes to strengthen coding quality, reimbursement accuracy, regulatory compliance, and provider confidence. Or Upon hire: National Registered Health Information Technician - American Health Information Management Association. 5 years Experience in medical insurance reimbursement, medical billing, and coding related to charge review and work RVU’s.
