**Description** The RN Cardiology Care Coordinator communicates and collaborates closely with physicians and other members of the health care team to provide consistent quality care for patients. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the RN Cardiology Care Coordinator accepts responsibility and accountability for assigned patients as a care manager to plan implement and evaluate the care for patients. Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
