**Description** **CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST RN - Providence Home Services Oregon** **Schedule:** Full time, Day shift / This is a remote position working on day shift. **Note:** Candidate must be residing in any of the following states: Oregon, Washington, California, Texas, New Mexico, Idaho, or Montana **Job Description:** The Clinical Documentation Specialist, Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for quality review of all OASIS admission documents and Plan of Care to ensure CMS program compliance is met. The Clinical Documentation Specialist, RN works closely with the Manager of Performance and Home Health leadership to promote regulatory compliance and excellent patient outcomes and reimbursement. The Clinical Documentation Specialist, RN serves as a role model, consultant, auditor and Oasis expert to Home Health staff across the region. Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License License in states wherever care is delivered 2 years Nursing experience in Home Health/Palliative Care. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
