Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - PACE

**Description** **Schedule** : 24 hours/week on weekdays Day shift Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination. Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License upon hire or, Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit upon hire or, Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License upon hire.
