The Associate Respiratory Therapist is expected to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of contemporary Respiratory Therapy principles. The Associate Respiratory Therapist should be a solid performer who is fully competent in all aspects of his/her job description. He/she is expected to perform most job duties independently and in accordance with established departmental and hospital policies and procedures. Upon hire: Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. CRT with less than 5 years' experience, must obtain RRT within 6 months of hire; Or 5 years CRT and no RRT requirement.
