Advice RN - Nurse Advice Call Center

**Description** This posting is for multiple openings of a Call Center Advice RN at The Nurse Advice Call Center in Brea, CA! We offer Part Time and Full Time positions, based on availability. Please ask at the time of interview! Under the direction of the Supervisor/Manager, this position is responsible for triaging incoming calls, assessing needs and providing appropriate healthcare options including facilitating referral to primary providers, health care facilities and community resources. In addition, this position will be responsible for educating the caller regarding immediate health care advice, possible health related risks, as well as wellness/prevention behaviors and opportunities. California Registered Nurse License upon hire. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
