PACU Nursing Opportunities at Providence
We're seeking experienced RNs to join our PACU team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a caregiver in this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our surgical teams to ensure a safe and successful recovery process for our patients. This Part-Time position offers a chance to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for surgery, including administering medications and conducting pre-operative assessments
- Monitor patients' condition during the procedure and provide post-operative care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS certification
- Washington Registered Nurse License (if practicing in Washington)
- National Provider ACLS certification within 90 days
- National Provider PALS certification within 90 days
- One year of nursing experience
