Description
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Home Health team, you will have the opportunity to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need. Our shared governance model empowers nurses to create practice standards and expectations, ensuring that they are at the forefront of delivering exceptional care.
You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs, develop personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions. With flexibility and independence, you will have the autonomy to make decisions and take ownership of your patient's care, creating meaningful relationships and making a lasting impact on their lives.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Required Qualifications:
- Education meeting certification, license, or registration requirements
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- 1 year of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting required for Home Health RN
- 2 years of Pediatric experience in an acute care setting for RN caring for pediatric patients
