THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR PROPERTY CARE TECHNICIAN
THE SCHEDULE:
Your schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
YOUR ROLE:
Your daily tasks involve ensuring the safety and comfort of our esteemed Arlington Park apartments. From preparing units for new residents to promptly addressing work orders with efficiency, your commitment to cleanliness and maintaining curb appeal reflects our dedication to exceptional service.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance experience
- HVAC certification
