As an on-site Assistant Residential Community Coordinator - Property Manager, you can expect a Monday - Friday schedule, with occasional weekend availability required.
When you take on the role of an Assistant Residential Community Coordinator - Property Manager, you're here to back up the lead in keeping our residential community ticking along smoothly. First thing in the morning, you get down to the nitty-gritty of rent collection, deposit tracking, and late fees. You're also the go-to person for move-out reconciliations, making sure everything's squared away.
Every day, you roll up your sleeves to check and double-check the rental, employment, and credit histories of potential residents. Then, it's all about whipping up those lease documents to welcome new folks into our community. When it comes to preventing apartment evictions and reducing delinquencies, you're on it. And if it ever comes down to eviction, you handle it by the book.
Plus, you've got a knack for marketing to fill up those empty spaces fast and keep our residents happy. Oh, and just so you know, every move you make is by the book, following federal, state, and local laws to a T. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ASSISTANT RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY COORDINATOR - PROPERTY MANAGER
Our company is searching for someone who is detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. You might be perfect for this position if you can also meet the following qualifications:

- 2 years or more of community management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
