Provide direct speech and language services to students with IEPs, meeting all required service minutes
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine eligibility and monitor progress
Collaborate with classroom teachers and the special education team to embed language supports across content areas
Participate in and help facilitate IEP meetings, including goal-writing and progress reporting
Maintain accurate, compliant documentation, including Medicaid billing records for eligible services
Build strong relationships with students and families, communicating regularly about progress
Participate in professional development, team meetings, and community events
