Occupational Therapist - Home Health- Portland

Schedule: 24 hours/week, Weekdays on Day Shift, with no weekend requirement

Location: East Portland and Gorge

Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients and clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities in a home setting in accordance with a physician directed plan of treatment, taking into account individual patients special or age related needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Or
• Master's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Or
• Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License - if practicing within this state

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
