Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle, WA, for an Admission & Business Operations Supervisor. The role involves overseeing admission processes for incoming residents, managing day-to-day business operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Supervisor will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, monitor financial activities, provide project management support, and foster effective communication across departments. A key responsibility will also be to address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring seamless admissions and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess operational performance and contribute to process improvements
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and convey information clearly
- Finance expertise, including budget management and financial reporting
- Customer Service experience, emphasizing empathy, problem-solving, and relationship building

- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
