New graduates are welcome to apply. **Position Highlights** 1.0 FTE with both day and night shifts Night differential and flexible scheduling options Work across two EDs treating 50,000 annual visits St. Joseph Hospital: Level III Trauma Center with General Surgery, Orthopedics,OB, Pediatrics, Neurosurgery Redwood Memorial Hospital: Critical access hospital, 8 beds, 15 minutessouth of Eureka On-site lab and diagnostic services Wide variety of cases and a supportive, collaborative culture Close partnerships with tertiary centers: UCSF, UC Davis, Children’sHospital Oakland H1-B candidates welcome **Compensation & Incentives** Annual compensation: $376,152 – $471,240 Shareholder opportunity starting year 3, with additional incentives andretention bonuses totaling $1M over a full career Annual quality/performance bonuses Up to $7,500/year for CME and professional expenses Residency/fellowship stipend: up to $2,000/month for qualifying candidates Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) _Total compensation may include productivity incentives, quality bonuses,call stipends, and extra-shift pay.
