Otolaryngologist – Eureka, CA (25688)
**Physician - Humboldt County**
Join the team at Providence Medical Group in Eureka, CA as an Otolaryngologist
(ENT). This position will primarily be general ENT with opportunities
for subspecialty development. The position will be based at the Fortuna
clinic with the opportunity to also work in Eureka, CA. Our group performs
a range of ENT surgery, including tubes, tonsils, cancer surgery, thyroid
and salivary gland surgery, tympanoplasty and middle ear reconstruction,
cochlear implants, and sinus and nasal surgeries. Enjoy the support of

Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal PublicService Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust studentloan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates
Compensation is between $382,167 and $584,712 per year
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and
may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance,
hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of
cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance
and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this
salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to
variation due to the factors noted above.
