Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 6 pm
and Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
Location: Providence Medical Center- Kansas City, KS
We are seeking a motivated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing rehabilitation clinic. This role provides one-on-one patient care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on orthopedic rehab, neurological therapy, pelvic floor therapy, vestibular/balance rehabilitation, and aquatic therapy. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering evidence-based treatment, functional outcomes, and personalized care plans while building strong relationships with patients, physicians, and interdisciplinary providers.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
- Perform in-depth assessments to understand patient conditions, establish baselines, and identify therapy goals.
- Collaborate with patients to design and implement personalized rehabilitation strategies aimed at restoring strength, function, and mobility.
- Facilitate physical therapy sessions through exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation to enhance recovery.
- Regularly evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals effectively.
- Guide exercises, home programs, and lifestyle changes that support ongoing recovery and prevent future injuries.
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic, coordinated approach to patient care.
Qualifications
Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have:
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
