Responsibilities
We are looking for our next Human Resources Director who will be responsible for the day to day HR Operations at Providence Medical Center and Saint John Hospital:
- You will actively be involved in developing policies and procedures while interacting with Local and Corporate Leadership.
- You will formulate and manage programs relative to selection, training, promotion, and other employer/employee relationships.
- Serve as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes.
- We're looking for someone who has great communication skills, is not afraid to speak up, has a very strong generalist background and is used to being challenged along the way.

- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 3 Years of related healthcare experience required.
- Must be familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; current personnel practices and techniques, including review techniques; training methods; and job analysis.
- Familiar with the labor market, laws, wage and hour regulations, and ERISA guidelines preferred.
- Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour required.
- Familiar with Joint Commission and HFAP standards.
