This role is perfect for someone who can keep up with a fast-paced breakfast rush while maintaining a friendly, welcoming attitude. You’ll be preparing and restocking breakfast items, keeping the area clean and organized, and greeting guests with a smile, even during the busiest times.

Shift Hours:

• Weekdays: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Weekends: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM

SUMMARY: The Kitchen Utility Worker is responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Washes dishes by hand or places them in a dishwashing machine
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors
• Removes trash and garbage to designated areas
• Transfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as the pantry and the dish room
• Cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
• Polishes silver
• May wash pots
• Attends all allergy and foodborne illness in-service training
• Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner
• Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

• No prior experience or training required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIORNMENT:

• Continually required to stand, walk, lift, balance, bend, kneel, stoop, and wipe
• Continually required utilize hand and finger dexterity
• Continual exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes, and chemicals
• Frequent exposure to extreme heat or cold and loud noise

SALARY: 19.50 -20.50

HOURS: Part time 16hrs/ Fulltime 40hrs
