Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Realtor to join our team in Richmond/Midlothian, VA. This hybrid role allows for a combination of in-office presence and work-from-home flexibility. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property market research, and negotiating successful sales. Additional responsibilities include guiding buyers and sellers through every stage of real estate transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively using marketing strategies to attract clients and close deals. Sales and training meetings are mandatory, and open availability is needed to be on the team. This is not a 9 to 5 job but it is flexible.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License with in-depth knowledge of real estate laws and practices
- Proven skills in Customer Service and strong ability to build client relationships
- Experience in Real Estate transactions and Real Property management
- Proficiency in Sales and negotiation techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with the Richmond, VA real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in real estate or a related field is a plus
