Providence is calling a Communication Director who will:

• Support the strategic communication needs at the ministry, service area or divisional level
• Be a key strategic partner with the respective executive and senior leadership
• Oversee communication efforts for delivering consistent, clear messaging to all caregivers and external stakeholders regarding the organization's strategic priorities and major initiatives
• Work closely with the Division Chief Communication Officer to support messaging and communication
• Work closely with the executive communication leadership team to ensure communication programs and messaging are fully aligned and delivered to both internal and external stakeholders or audiences

This position is considered to be a Hybrid role working a combination of in office / work from home week over week. Providence welcomes residents to apply that live within a commutable distance of our office locations listed below:

• California: Santa Monica

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business administration or another related field of study
• 10 years' of experience in communications

Providence Shared Services is a service line within Providence that provides a variety of functional and system support services for our family of organizations across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington.
