Responsibilities for CNA or Companions at Providence Companion Care
· Must have a heart for the elderly
· Provide a variety of services to maintain and support activities of daily living for our clients in the comfort of their home or facility.
· Assist with daily living activities for clients, including social interaction, and community connection.
· Administer constant, quality customer service to help our clients Thrive.
· Must have a positive attitude.
Requirements for CNA or Companion
· Have 1 year or more experience with CNA, In- Home Care, facilities, companionship, or caregiving (Preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate).
· A valid driver's License and reliable transportation (required)
· 8 hours per year in-service training (required)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care.
· Ability to be a responsible and dependable team member, remaining calm, kind and patient during difficult circumstances and emergencies.
