Overview
Providence Community ABA is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with children and are passionate about making a real difference in their lives, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide individualized, one-on-one support to children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, you will help clients develop new skills, manage challenging behaviors, and enhance overall quality of life. Working closely with a supervising BCBA, you will play an integral role in fostering progress across communication, social, and adaptive domains, all while applying compassionate, data-driven care.
No prior ABA experience is needed. We offer hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to ensure your confidence and success. Our team is committed to helping you build the skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

- High school diploma or equivalent
