Duties

- Manage classroom routines efficiently, including lesson planning, daily schedules, and behavior management strategies to foster a productive learning atmosphere.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones to ensure collaborative support.
- Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety protocols; respond promptly to any concerns or incidents.
- Support children with special education needs and early intervention strategies to ensure all learners thrive in the classroom setting

- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of child development theories, childhood development stages, and classroom management techniques.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is essential; ongoing training in child welfare and behavior management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and teamwork within the educational staff.
- Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and standards for early childhood education environments.
- Ability to plan lessons that incorporate child-centered learning approaches such as tutoring, preschool teaching strategies, and toddler care practices.
