Providence Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide quality in-home care services to clients in the Stone Mountain, GA area. Our caregivers help clients maintain their independence while providing exceptional care in the comfort of their homes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and maintaining a clean home environment.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and community outings when required.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical, mental, or emotional condition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Complete daily documentation and maintain accurate client records.
- Follow individualized care plans while maintaining client dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- PCA
- CNA certification preferred but not required.
- Previous caregiving or home care experience is preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing excellent client care.
