Position Summary: We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA to join our home care team. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on care and support to clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Support mobility and transfers (bed, wheelchair, etc.)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification in Georgia or PCA
- CPR certification (required)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
