Position Summary
The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of our licensed Home Care Agency, including compliance, staffing, client services, and financial oversight. This leadership role ensures the agency maintains survey readiness, delivers exceptional client care, and achieves consistent growth in alignment with Providence Care’s mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily agency operations, staffing, scheduling, and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Georgia’s Private Home Care Provider rules and DCH regulations.
- Supervise hiring, training, and performance management of CNAs, PCAs, and administrative staff.
- Conduct or delegate client assessments and develop individualized service plans.
- Monitor billing, payroll, and Medicaid waiver compliance (CCSP/SOURCE), VA, LTC insurance, and private pay.
- Lead at least 7 new client intakes monthly and ensure successful onboarding.
- Conduct quarterly QA reviews of charts, documentation, and incident reports.
- Maintain emergency preparedness plans and ensure staff are trained.
- Monitor client retention (≥90% at 90 days).
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community partners.
- Collaborate with CFO on budgets and financial planning.
- Ensure agency policies and procedures are reviewed and updated annually.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare
- 3 years of leadership experience in home care or healthcare (required)
- Strong knowledge of Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) regulations
- Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation and valid Georgia driver’s license
