Our team is looking for an outgoing and motivated Entry Level Verizon Representative to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating with customers, and building professional skills in a fast-paced environment. You’ll represent Verizon while helping customers learn about available products and services and making sure they have a positive experience throughout the process.
Great for Bartenders, Servers, Retail Associates, Hospitality Staff, Customer Service Representatives & Outgoing Personalities! Previous experience working with customers is a plus, but it is not required. We provide hands-on training to help you build confidence, strengthen your communication skills, and learn the Verizon products and services you’ll be representing.
What You'll Do:
- Represent Verizon professionally when interacting with customers
- Communicate with customers and learn about their individual needs
- Provide clear information about Verizon products and services
- Build positive relationships through friendly and professional communication
- Assist with customer enrollment and account processes
- Participate in team training, coaching, and professional development
- Work toward individual and team goals in a supportive environment
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, professional, and motivated
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset
- No previous telecommunications experience required
