We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse construction projects from blueprint to completion. In this role, you’ll own the onsite management of everything from new builds to high-end renovations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are not just met, but exceeded.
You’ll be at the hub of collaboration — connecting with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders — while steering multiple jobs with precision, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Onsite Execution: Manage residential and small commercial speculative builds, custom renovations, additions, and ground-up projects.
- Plan & Coordinate: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Own the Details: Maintain contracts, schedules, and daily progress reports with accuracy and organization.
- Keep Teams Aligned: Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Stay on Track: Create and maintain project schedules to hit milestones and delivery dates.
- Mitigate Risks: Identify and address potential project risks early.
- Drive Quality: Support quality assurance processes to meet high standards.
- Report with Clarity: Provide regular project status updates to clients, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Manage at Scale: Oversee 10 active projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business (preferred, not required)
- 7 years in construction project management, coordination, or administration
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with BuilderTrend or similar project management software
- Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and processes
- PMP certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license & background check required
- Spanish fluency a plus
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: $80,000–$100,000 base
