Nurse Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations in our assisted living facility. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient and compassionate care delivery.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Coordinate resident care plans and monitor health status to promote well-being.
- Ensure compliance with Arkansas state regulations and facility policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing documentation and records.
- Provide training, support, and performance evaluations for nursing personnel.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and facility operations.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Arkansas nursing license (RN or LPN).
- Proven experience as an Assisted Living Nurse Manager or similar role.
