Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team in Clarksville, AR. The LPN will be responsible for providing quality care to patients and assisting with their daily needs.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Monitor and document patient vital signs
- Assist with patient hygiene and grooming
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols
Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of Arkansas
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work weekends when needed
